Hospital Expansion Completed — A Major Milestone

We are delighted that the new addition and all the upgrades at the hospital are now 100% completed and this very big project can be relocated to the completed list. It has been a lot of work and many have contributed, in various ways, greatly to the work and now that it is done we are very thankful for the great improvement. Although fully completed and furnished, the wards are not in use yet  waiting until we received more staff as the present staff are already very busy and we do not feel it is right to add more work to their workload. The pharmacy is in use as well as the bulk store and the entrance but the wards remain in waiting. For new staff to come we will need more accommodation so the construction of 12 housing units is now underway as well. The large storeroom for theatre and the new scope theatre are also in full use as well as the clean room between the other two theatres.
